Getting started with the COOK Platform

Sweet Workshop

Choosing Order Characteristics & Order Items

Begin by selecting the Order Channel (Dine-in, Takeaway, or Delivery) and Order Mode (Walk-In or Call-In), as well as Order Type (Order Now or Future Order) on the POS device. Choose the items of customer’s choice from the menu, and place the order — et voila! Order is sent straightaway to the kitchen for further processing.

Order Management & Continuance

Keep the Order open for adding more items or instructions later. Check the Order Status, and when it is ready, deliver or serve it to the Customer. Finally, when the Customer is done with the Order, simply process it to completion and payment just with a couple of clicks.

Order Conclusion & Receipt Printing

Customer can pay for the Order in a variety of available ways. Once the payment is successfully done, mark the Order as complete and initiate the printing of necessary bill and other receipts. Hurray! You’ve just dealt with your first Order using our all-in-one POS restaurant solution.
